Atlanta, GA-based Chick-fil-A-Franchise Promoted Preston Flynt as Director of Human Resources
At Chick-fil-A, Inc. ("Chick-fil-A"), we believe that the success of the Chick-fil-A brand in a community is tied directly to the caliber of the individual franchised Operator who operates the local Chick-fil-A Restaurant. Therefore, we are extremely careful about selecting Operators. In 1946, Chick-fil-A`s founder, Truett Cathy, opened his first restaurant, a small restaurant called the Dwarf Grill, in Hapeville, Georgia, just south of the Atlanta Airport. Years later, in 1967, after inventing and perfecting his Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Truett became a pioneer in the quick service restaurant industry by opening his first - and the first of its kind - Chick-fil-A Restaurant in a shopping mall. Since then, the Chick-fil-A system has experienced more than 48 years of positive sales growth and has expanded to more than 2,000 locations in the 43 states and the District of Columbia.
Preston Flynt is Director of Human Resources at Chick-fil-A-Franchise. Previously, Preston held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
