About the Person

Philip C. Wilson, also known as Phil, is the Director of Corporate Services at DST Consulting Engineers Inc. His national responsibilities include Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration and Marketing departments.   Prior to that, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at DST Consulting Engineers Inc.   Phil has thirty years of progressively responsible business experience specializing in the Human Resources field. He has worked in senior global leadership roles at various companies such as Corel Corporation(technology), CIBC(Financial)(11.6 years), Nortel/BNR(R & D & technology)11.8 years) and CAE Electronics(technology).   In the August 2006 publication of HR Professional magazine Phil was selected as one of 5 Stars of HR Innovation in Canada. He was the recipient of the Human Resource Professional Leadership Award 2005.   In addition, he participates in community volunteer activities and has involvement in the Human Resource Professional Association of Ontario.
