About the Person
Peter C. Smith oversees human resource activities for the Company's 30,000 employees. His areas of oversight include development of compensation, personnel and organizational strategies, as well as labor relations. He previously served as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Citibank, a Vice President of Human Resources for Pepsico, and a Director of Human Resources for Frito-Lay. Pete has a bachelor's degree from the University of Winona.
