About the Person
Mr. Politis is a Partner at Greybrook Capital and the President and CEO of Greybrook Realty Partners where he is directly responsible for management of the firm’s Real Estate Private Equity division. He is involved in all aspects of the firm’s investing activities and transaction execution. Mr. Politis focuses his attention on the strategic direction of Greybrook Realty Partners and Greybrook Capital. He joined Greybrook as a Vice President in the firm’s investment banking group over 10 years ago, and has since been involved in the management and acquisition of numerous private equity real estate developments, Reverse Take Overs of publicly listed entities, as well as debt and equity financings for operating businesses within the Greybrook group of companies. Additionally, he was involved in providing corporate advisory services to Greybrook portfolio companies including BrandProtect, Occulogix Inc. and TearLab Corporation (NASDAQ: TEAR; TSX: TLB.TO). Mr. Politis currently serves on the Board of Directors of Greybrook Capital, and Greybrook Realty Partners. In addition, he serves as the President of the General Partner of various Greybrook development based limited partnerships representing nearly $4 Billion of aggregate completion value.
