Honolulu, HI-based Servco Pacific Appointed Peter Hirano as Senior Vice President of Human Resources
A leader in a number of industry segments, the story of Servco Pacific Inc. began in 1919 by Peter Fukunaga when he took out a small loan to purchase a two-car garage in sleepy Haleiwa town. Our beginnings were humble, but thanks to the entrepreneurial ingenuity and leadership of the Fukunaga family, we have grown into a diversified business including operations in automotive, insurance brokerage, consumer products and investments. In 2015, Servco reached another record year with $1.3 billion in revenue and 1,700 employees making us Hawaii`s largest privately-owned business and 4th largest for-profit business. We`ve also been recognized as one of Hawaii Business Magazine`s Best Places to Work for 13 years in a row – a distinction held by only one other company. In 2016, Servco was recognized as Hawaii`s No. 1 Best Place to Work in the Large Business category.
Peter Hirano is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Servco Pacific. Previously, Peter held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
