DDS Wireless International Inc. was founded in 1987 as Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. and was renamed to its present name after the acquisitions of Stratagen Systems Inc. and MobiSoft Oy in 2008 to better represent the diverse and global nature of our business. From November 2003 to June 2014 DDS was listed on the Toronto Stock exchange but is now a private company.
