Mr. David G. Chrencik, also known as Dave, has been the Chief Financial Officer of GeoGreen Biofuels, Inc., since joining in May 2010. Mr. Chrencik has over 38 years of experience in accounting and auditing. He served as Managing Audit Partner/Audit Partner of Southern California Private Equity & Venture Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1972 to 2009 and also for its predecessor firms. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sarus Indochina Select LP Hedge Fund since 2012. He served as a Trustee of WisdomTree funds in its Fund Complex since 2014.
