About the Person
Paulette Sasso is TransFirst`s senior vice president, chief human resources officer. Her areas of expertise include HR strategy and execution, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, organizational design and effectiveness, mergers and acquisition integration and culture alignment, rewards and compensation, and employee relations. Before joining TransFirst in 2014, Sasso led the human resources function for Vantiv and played a key role in the company`s transformation from a privately-held company to a public company with a market capitalization of approximately $4.5 billion. Additionally, Sasso spent over 12 years in senior executive human resources positions at First Data Corporation, including serving as the interim chief human resources officer for the overall corporation, which had approximately 35,000 employees. Prior to First Data, Sasso was the HR executive for privately-held Card Establishment Services, which was purchased by First Data and became the foundation for First Data Merchant Services. She led the HR integration efforts and helped the business grow into a major player in the credit card processing and acquiring industry. Sasso holds a bachelor`s degree in Psychology and Education from Dowling College and is a member of the HR Policy Council, CEB HR Leadership Council and Society for Human Resources Management. She is a resident of Long Island, NY.
