About the Person

Paulette Davidson has been an executive director at The Nebraska Medical Center for three years overseeing Network Operations as well as Transplant Services.  She has earned a reputation as a respected leader and consensus builder. Other previous roles include chief operating officer at Goshen General Hospital in Indiana and national director of physician practice management at Cancer Treatment Centers of America.    Davidson holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters in Business Administration from Notre Dame.
