Chicago, IL-based Presence Health has Resigned Paul T. Skiem as Chief Human Resources Officer

Paul T. Skiem served as Chief Human Resources Officer and System Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Presence Health from November 2011 – July 2014. As Chief Human Resources Officer for Presence Health, Paul Skiem oversaw benefits and wellness, compensation, recruitment, employee health, and organizational development. He joined Legacy Resurrection Health Care in 1996 and served in the director and vice president positions for the organization`s Human Resources department. Previously, Paul worked at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where he served in various human resources management roles, including Director of Human Resources, Director of Compensation and Benefits, and Manager of Employment Services. He served on the Board of Directors for Nazarethville, a home for aging seniors, and on the Advisory Board of the North Park University School of Business and Non-Profit Management. A graduate of Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Paul earned a master`s in business administration degree (High Honors) from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest.
