About the Person

Paul Morlock is the Vice President, Human Resources and Occupational Health at Children`s Hospital of The King`s Daughters.   He is responsible for leading all activities associated with creating a great place to work.   Morlock joined CHKD in July of 2015. He has 33 years of healthcare human resource and operations experience and is particularly interested in management and leadership development, improving operational efficiencey based on systems thinking, and continuous improvement practices and medically based wellness.   Morlock received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Biology from Luther College, his masters degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Iowa, and received a certificate in Quality and Systems Management from Aurora University.
