About the Person
Paul Heredia is the Chief Human Resource Officer for Citrus Valley Health Partners. Paul came to the CVHP family from Providence Holy Cross Medical Center where he served as Director of Human Resources. His nearly 20 years of experience has given him a vast understanding of people management within the hospital, health plan and medical group environments. Paul has developed exceptional employee care strategies that resulted in collaborative, aligned partnerships with the management team, employees and physicians. Paul received his bachelor`s degree in business administration/human resources from California State Polytechnic University and completed an executive management business program from University of California Los Angeles.
