About the Person
Paul brings a wealth of global strategic HR experience to CLEAR having served in multiple industries and HR areas. Knowing the importance of culture, Paul has worked with leaders to create and leverage culture to make companies a great place to work for its employees. Paul joined CLEAR from hibu, co-leading the successful turnaround of a global company. In his prior roles at companies such as Qlik and eBay, he worked closely with leaders to drive growth through a business aligned people strategy, organizational design, and team effectiveness. Before that, Paul oversaw learning and leadership development efforts at Bank of America and led recruiting, staffing and diversity programs for Hewlett Packard for several years. Paul holds an MBA and BS degree from California State University Sacramento, with a major in Human Resources. Paul also holds a Six Sigma green belt certification. He is passionate about what he does and passionate about CLEAR, having been a CLEAR member since 2008!
