About the Person
Patty Revis is the Director of Human Resources at Unity One Credit Union. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in recruiting, talent development, employment branding and marketing. Revis has served on the board of directors for the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association for over five years, and has been an active member for over ten years. In addition, she served for three years on the board of directors for the Mid-Cities HRMA and in 2009 was named the HR Professional of the Year. She holds a bachelor of science degree in Communications with a major in Corporate Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a certified International Trainer by Junior Chamber International, a Master Graduate of Rapport International Leadership Academy and completed the Jobing University Capstone. Additionally, she served as on-air talent for KTXA-21 providing career advice as their Employment Expert for two years. As director of human resources at Unity One Credit Union, Revis will oversee human resource planning and policies, training and development, recruitment and new employee onboarding, payroll and salary administration, benefits and compliance.
