As the Human Resources Vice President for The Henry Ford Hospital, Medical Group and Behavioral Services, I am a leader, mentor, coach, facilitator and team member of a larger Human Resources team of amazing Human Resources professionals that get it done, and done well, each and every day. Benchmarked against other organizations, the Hospital, Medical Group and Behavioral Human Resources teams are staffed below national Human Resources benchmarks and we are the lowest cost producer of Human Resources services within the Henry Ford Health System. This gifted team of Human Resources members provides strategic Human Resources engagement and services for 8,000 employees covering 3 in-patient hospitals, 25 ambulatory care centers and a behavioral health group.
