About the Person
Patricia A. Pettinati is the Chief Human Resources Officer for SAP North America. In this role, she is responsible for all HR solutions and services for all lines of business across the entire region. As a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT), Pat works in concert with her global HR colleagues to ensure that SAP’s people strategy and programs meet the needs of the region’s more than 19,000 employees. Pat joined SAP in 2006 as vice president of Total Rewards for SAP America. In 2007 she also led global acquisitions and global process reengineering efforts for the HR organization. In 2009 she assumed the role of senior vice president of Global Total Rewards, overseeing compensation, benefits, and mobility. Before joining SAP, Pat held positions at a variety of companies, including Siemens Medical Solutions, Aegon Corporation, Macy’s, and Aramark, where she developed and managed broad-based HR strategies, policies, and programs. Pat has studied business administration at Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. She is a certified compensation professional (CCP) and is certified as a global remuneration professional (GRP) through the World at Work organization.
