Patricia A. MacDonald, also known as Pat, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at ENMAX Corporation, effective December 9, 2015. Pat will lead ENMAX`s People, Communication & Engagement shared service organization and brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in human resources, employee relations, compensation & benefits, leadership development, communications and community involvement. Before joining ENMAX, Pat served as Vice President, Human Resources for Encana Corporation. During her successful tenure with Encana, she was accountable for the organization`s extensive human resources, communications and community involvement functions. Prior to joining Encana on inception in 2009 following the merger between PanCanadian Energy Corporation and Alberta Energy Company Ltd, Pat had served in a series of senior human resource vice president roles. Throughout her career, Pat has excelled at supporting significant organizational change and transformation while ensuring teams and people have the resources, tools and support needed to succeed in their day to day work. During her career, Pat has held accountability for other corporate administrative services such as information services, communications, office services, and community involvement. She holds a Canadian Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation, Directors College HR & Compensation Certification and is a member of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta.
