Pascale Thomas is responsible for overseeing employee benefit programs across the Hearst enterprise. Assess, design, develop, implement, and maintain competitive benefit programs while ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements and internal processes. Ensure that overarching Benefits strategy is flexible to meet the needs of lines of business and operating units and in alignment with Corporate objectives. Manage due diligence and Benefits integration process for mergers and acquisitions.
