About the Person
Panzina Hill is the Vice President of Human Resources at BrightStar Credit Union. She was previously Vice President of Human Resources for Nationwide Laboratory Services in Fort Lauderdale. During her eight years at Nationwide Laboratory Services, Hill held several positions including Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager. She gained extensive experience in directing multi-state and international compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition and organizational design. Hill was also an Online Adjunct Instructor teaching planning and staffing for human resources at Park University in Parkville, Missouri, where she is certified as a human resources instructor. Hill is accredited as a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional and with the Professional Human Resources organization. Hill graduated from the University of Phoenix with an MBA in Business Management. She received her BS in Business Management, with a Human Resource emphasis, from the University of South Florida. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, HR Florida State Council and Human Resource Association of Broward County.
