About the Person

Pamela Kaufman Wagoner is responsible for W.R. Grace's global Human Resources activities, including recruitment and retention, leadership development, employee training, labor relations, talent and performance management, regulatory compliance, and compensation. Pamela is also responsible for Corporate Communications and is Chairman of the W. R. Grace Foundation, Inc.   Pamela joined Grace in July 2009 after nearly eight years with Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., a Fortune 500 real estate investment trust and owner of upscale hotels worldwide. She joined Host in 2001 as Vice President, Human Resources and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources in 2003.   Earlier in her career, Pamela held senior HR positions at SAVVIS Communications, Lucent Technologies, Inc., and Yurie Systems Inc., which was acquired by Lucent in 1996. She also spent nearly eight years working in HR and vocational rehabilitation with at-risk youth and individuals with special needs.   In addition to her work experiences, Pamela is qualified in a variety of assessment and leadership training programs. She is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, as well as an executive coach with a Certificate from the Hudson Institute. Pamela has served on the Advisory Council of the Center for Leadership, Innovation & Change (CLIC) for the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland; the Board of Trustees of the Howard Hospital Foundation; and is as Chairperson of the Auxiliary of Regional Institute for Children & Adolescents - Baltimore (RICA).
