About the Person
Pamela Genelli is the Vice President and Director of Human Resources at GFA Federal Credit Union. Ms. Genelli will oversee all aspects of human resources, including management of the credit union`s employees. She will lead employee recruitment and retention, salary administration, benefits administration, employee engagement and enrichment. Ms. Genelli brings three decades of human resource management and employee relations expertise to GFA Federal Credit Union, joining the GFA team from Wood`s Ambulance in Gardner, where she managed all aspects of the human resources function. She also has extensive experience in HR from positions at the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center in Worcester, Eastern Casualty Insurance Co. in Marlboro and Allmerica Financial/Hanover Insurance Co., Worcester. She has a bachelor`s degree in business management from Worcester State College and her associate`s from Becker College.
