About the Person

I am a business leader with a human resources focus. Having worked in small business, I have learned the art of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. I have been the primary human resources contact for groups as small as 25 employees to groups as big as 185 employees working in 3 different business lines. I have been lauded for creating a world-class new hire orientation, recruitment program, electronic personnel file, activities/events program, total operating budget, and compliance programs, which resulted in "0" deficiencies on Joint Commission and state audits. My financial acumen, communication skills, and leadership have resulted in progressive responsibility.
