About the Person
Olaf Horsthemke is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. He has nearly 20 years of experience in HR, most recently at Coriant, where he was responsible for leading the company`s worldwide human resources organization and initiatives. Previously, Horsthemke held several positions at Nokia Siemens Networks, including Head of Human Resources, Europe, Head of Human Resources, West Europe and Head of Human Resources, Germany. Horsthemke began his career with Siemens, where he held various positions including software development for private and public communication networks. He also served in the Siemens Human Resources department, where he held a variety of positions including HR consultant, senior manager, and human resources business manager for the fixed line business division of Siemens Communications. In addition to an Executive MBA obtained in 2000, Mr. Horsthemke holds a diploma in mathematics from the Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster, Germany.
