About the Person

Oluwole Ojo (Aka Simply Ojo) is a seasoned HRIS professional with over decade experience in SAP HCM workspace.  Ojo began his HRIS career in 2003 as a Personnel System Specialist for the United States Army where he rose to the rank of Sergeant. After serving the country for four years, he exited the military honorably and joined JetBlue Airways HRIS team where he played a key role in HR process redesign and successful implementation of a new HCM system. Three years later, he joined Accenture as HR system integration consultant where he led SAP HCM implementation (Org Management Module) for fortune 500 companies like Comcast, Accenture, Pepsi, AmerisourceBurgen & Polo Ralph Lauren.  Having worked as a system integration consultant for four years, Ojo joined NBCUniversal as HRIS Project Lead where he was immediately tasked to redesign the company org structure and roll out a new global org management system in 23 countries. The project was very successful and this can be attributed to an Org Visualization tool (OrgPublisher Premier), which was used to acquaint the HR community with SAP Org Management concept.  Since joining NBCUniversal, he has been instrumental to the success of numerous HR system initiatives such as org structure redesign, Business Warehouse implementation, Orgpublisher automation, STEM project just to mention a few. Ojo helped build the SAP/Brassring integration that revamped NBCU applicant tracking and on-boarding process. He also led the implementation of a new security request and user provisioning tool (Secure Pro) and reengineered SAP access management process for HR users.  Ojo is currently the HR System Security Manager for NBCUniversal, he is primarily responsible for securing HR data in SAP and all downstream system (including OrgPublisher) while ensuring that all GRC security guidelines are strictly adhered to. He also helps with HRIS initiatives as needed.  He holds a Bachelor`s degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from a reputable university in Nigeria and MBA with Human Resources Management concentration from Baker College Flint Michigan. Ojo is happily married with three lovely children.
