That continues into the community where the team builds bridges through basketball, through programs such a constructing and refurbishing public courts in metro Atlanta neighborhoods and providing scholarships to its basketball camps and clinics. The home of the Hawks, State Farm Arena hosts approximately 160 events and nearly 2 million guests annually with a capacity of more than 17,000. A 100 percent smoke-free campus, State Farm Arena is consistently ranked among the top 10 concert and event venues in the world. October 2018 will see the culmination of the nearly $200 million renovation that will re-imagine the building from the roofline to the baseline with better sightlines, massive video displays, the right-sized suite for every business, and great food and drink.

Nzinga Shaw is Managing Director, Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer for Internal and Global Practice Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at ZRG Partners. Previously, Nzinga held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
