When Jennifer Borislow founded BI in 1982 she was determined to create an agency with a total focus on the client. She began with the premise that service must be provided with a personal touch. Both serve MDRT through committee work, where Jennifer is the Past President. Mark is the Past President of the Massachusetts Association of Health Underwriters (MassAHU). They also volunteer their time to speak on a broad range of topics nationally and internationally.
