This includes: Chest Pain Center, Wound Healing Center, diabetes education, respiratory care, organ donation, home health and case management. Our partnership with The University of Kansas Cancer Center gives patients in the Northland access to NCI-designated clinical trials. Through another partnership with Children`s Mercy Hospital, neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners are onsite and actively involved in leading the care in the Northland`s only level III neonatal intensive care unit. We have a medial staff of 550 physicians representing 45 specialties. North Kansas City Hospital continues to be one of the busiest hospitals in Kansas City for annual admissions and ranks as one of the city`s top 50 employers.
