Since 2001, the Office of Indigent Defense Services (“IDS”) has overseen legal representation for indigent defendants and others entitled to counsel in North Carolina. Created by an act of the N.C. General Assembly, the organization works daily to make real the Constitution`s right to counsel for those charged with crimes or who face significant deprivations to their liberty. IDS trains, qualifies, and sets performance standards for attorneys, as well as determines the most appropriate and cost-effective methods for delivering legal defense services in each of the state`s judicial districts. Georgia Division of Family and Children Services

The primary goal of the Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS) is to assist and support families to ensure children are safe from abuse, and families can become more self-sufficient. NSSC consolidated selected activities from all NASA Centers in the areas of: Financial Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Procurement. The NSSC is a center that performs a variety of transactional and administrative activities that were being done at each Center. Consolidation allows the NSSC to increase operational efficiency and improve overall customer service. Initial services provided by the NSSC will be from four functional areas: human resources, financial management, procurement, and information technology.
