Dora`s Naturals is a privately owned distributor of natural and organic perishable products. We are part of a family of companies all family owned which include Elmhurst Dairy, Mountainside Farms, and Steuben Foods.
Founded in late 2006 by Mary Schulman and her mother, Snikiddy® creates products for families actively looking for healthier foods that satisfy their snack cravings. The Snikiddy brand is a portfolio of better for you snacks that are simple, wholesome real products for families. So dig in, it’s all good. Where did the name come from? Snikiddy® is a shortened (and let’s face it, easier to say) form of the word persnickety, which means choosy or picky. Growing up, Janet (Mary’s mom) and her siblings were known around school as the Snikiddy kids (a badge they wore proudly) because they always ate healthy lunches. Their mom (Grandma), ahead of her time with her passion for good health, would pack their lunch boxes full of locally grown produce and very simple foods. A teacher once referred to them as being persnickety and the kids’ version of the word (snikiddy) stuck.

Located in heart of Washington’s apple country, Tree Top is a global business firmly rooted in the co-op’s small town heritage and rural values. With more than 1,000 growers, Tree Top produces wholesome products including top-quality juices, sauces and premium ingredients. Tree Top and its growers are committed to growing, producing and innovating world-class fruit products. Our products and expertise, people and practices are the qualities that take us beyond the ordinary…beyond good. The cooperative employs approximately 1,000 employees in a wide variety of professions ranging from engineers to food scientists and skilled labor positions at eight various locations in Washington, Oregon and California, including at its subsidiary Northwest Naturals located in Bothell, WA. The company markets and sells its fruit-based ingredients and products to food and beverage manufacturers, to the Foodservice industry and to consumers via grocery and other retail stores, clubs and outlets.
When we created Urban Plates, our goal was simple: To use the best ingredients possible to create wholesome, delicious food that`s prepared before our guests` eyes just the way they want it. Our hope is that by making real food prepared by real chefs accessible to everyone in a convenient, comfortable setting we can empower anyone interested in making better food choices to be a bit healthier, happier and hopeful about the future. We`re based in San Diego, CA and found throughout the San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles areas, with additional locations in Northern California and Washington D.C.
