Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, Novipax is the leading producer of absorbent pads and one of the top manufacturers of expanded polystyrene foam trays in the United States. We operate five manufacturing facilities in Indiana, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Mississippi and have more than 700 employees. With end-to-end packaging and support services, we serve more than 150 food processors, supermarkets and food packaging distributors. Our products enhance the aesthetic appeal of products and maximize shelf life, while also reducing costs by streamlining packaging and shipping. We offer a broad portfolio of EPS trays in a variety of colors, shapes and thicknesses, including the only EPS barrier tray currently on the market.
About the Person
Noël Leatherbury has more than nine years of experience in human resources in the packaging industry, including serving as the VP of Human Resources for Mondi Group, where she was responsible for the Industrial Packaging division in the US and Mexico. Prior, Noël was with Graphic Packaging in roles of increasing responsibility in both benefits and human resource generalist functions. Noël has another 10-plus years of experience in human resource roles outside of the packaging industry, including Aon, a global insurance company, and most recently serving as an AVP in the Benefits Outsourcing/Consulting group. Noël holds her bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
