About the Company

About the Person
Nicole Patterson is a Director of Deloitte's Global Employer Services practice where she consults with multi-national companies on their global employee mobility and talent strategies and programs. She focuses on aligning an organization's approach to the global mobilization of their talent to their larger business strategy and priorities. Nicole consults with clients nationally and across industries but specializes in Silicon Valley clients. Nicole also serves as Diversity and Inclusion Leader for Deloitte's Global Employer Services practice. Nicole holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with honors from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
