About the Person
Nicole Gilbert is the Vice President of Human Resources at iSystems, LLC. Nicole joined Evolution in October 2013 and brings a wealth of Human Resource Management expertise to the company with over 20 years of dedication to her field. Nicole is an astute results-orientated business leader with proven success in defining and implementing Human Resource strategies that drive organizational success. Nicole started her Human Resource career with Lehman Brothers in New York City and later immigrated to Johannesburg South Africa where she worked for several HR consulting firms including PWC and her own firm, PTM. Nicole spent most of her ten years in South Africa assisting international companies who were either returning or entering South Africa for the first time after the end of apartheid with their talent management strategies. Nicole`s clients included among others: Kellogg`s, IBM, Duracell and JP Morgan. Nicole returned to the U.S. in 2005 and has primarily focused on Leadership and Organizational Development strategies and their impact on organizations over the past 10 years. Nicole holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College City University of New York, an SPHR accredidation, and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
