About the Person
As Vice President of Human Resources, Nicole Dose DeBourg leads the human capital strategy for Pilgrim Quality Solutions, focused on building innovative talent management programs to target organizational development, employment branding and engagement across the organization. With over 20 years leading successful corporate HR teams, Nicole is responsible for the planning and execution of all human resource functions, including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, development, succession planning, employee relations, and labor compliance. Prior to joining Pilgrim, she was president of InPocket HR Consulting, LLC, a boutique HR consulting firm focused on rapid growth within small and mid-size companies. She also was Global Director of HR for CONMED Corporation, a medical device manufacturer specializing in Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Gastro/Cardio, with locations in over 30 countries. She also served as Vice President of Human Resources for US Foodservice, a national food service distributor to restaurants, hotels and schools. Nicole earned a bachelor`s degree in Sociology and Communications from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL.
