It is the result of the integration of five health and social services centers (CSSS): Gatineau, Pontiac, Collines, Vallée-de-la-Gatineau and Papineau, as well as a rehabilitation center in physical disabilities (the Rehabilitation Center La RessourSe), a rehabilitation center for intellectual disabilities and pervasive development disorder (Pavillon du Parc), an addiction rehabilitation center (CRDO), Outaouais Youth Centers and the Outaouais Health and Social Services Agency, following the adoption of the Act to amend the organization and governance of the health and social services network, in particular by the abolition of regional agencies.
