We reduce disparities on the ground level, working to empower those who experience the most barriers to success. Every day, our work makes our community stronger through a unique family-centered approach that helps 40,000 Minnesotans put hope within reach and create a better life for themselves and their families. Stabilizing Families When adults have sustainable employment, they create stability for themselves and provide a solid foundation for the next generation. Each year, Lifetrack helps 1,400 people with disabilities, immigrants and refugees, and people experiencing poverty launch and develop careers that are meaningful to them.
