About the Person
Dr. Natalie Lotzmann is Vice President of Human Resources at SAP. Based at headquarters of the market leader in business software in Walldorf Germany, she is directing Global Health Management at SAP AG since 1997 and Diversity Management in Germany since 2003. Her main focus is on prevention of information-technology -work- related illness in the age of globalization, coping with stress,disbalance and mental burden. She develops concepts and programs for maintenance of well being and life balance, and runs an internal employee assistance program besides classical outpatient offices for occupational health. 2007 Special Award “Health Management” from Great Place to Work Institute and 2009 Corporate Health Award from Handelsblatt Since 2003 she also heads Diversity Management Germany at SAP AG with main focus on supporting women in business, ageing workforce/demographic change and GLBT. In 2006 Special Awards “Diversity” and “Equal Opportunities” from Great Place to Work Institute and 2009 National Training Award for innovative gender awareness trainings. Dr. Lotzmann has published a variety of articles, contributed to specialist literature, is engaged in several Diversity Forums and Company Health Networks and teaches at universities.
