Natacha Alonso is the Assistant Director of Department of Human Resources at Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University. She is responsible for providing support to Faculty members regarding the recruitment and hire processes, benefits orientation, promotions, reclassifications and employee`s change in status. She partners with Hiring Officials on the Search & Screen process, providing the necessary support and guidance according to EEO guidelines and regulations. Natacha is also responsible for the analysis and development of job of job descriptions and assessment of appropriate job classification for new positions or for existing employees. Prior to that, she had served in various roles at Bupa. She had also served at Unilever and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Natacha earned MBA degree from IAE in 2000.
