Monarch is a nonprofit organization that supports thousands of people statewide with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders. The agency provides services and supports to people of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds. We do not make decisions for the people we support. Monarch professionals, like our behavioral health services counselors and direct support professionals, will work with individuals to discover their interests and help them to identify their place in the community where they live.
About the Person
Nanette M. Davis is the Vice President of Human Resources at Monarch, effective July 7, 2015. Among the duties of her new role, Davis is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, evaluation and execution of Monarch`s human resource operations. This includes employee relations, performance standards and evaluations, training and leadership development, recruitment and onboarding, benefits, compensation, human resources information system and employee recognition initiatives. Davis brings a wealth of human resources knowledge in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and human resources information systems, training and career development and employee relations and engagement. She has held human resources leadership positions in the pharmaceutical and high technology industry. She has worked with organizations to enhance their organizational development and design, talent and performance management and strategic and work force planning. Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Eckerd College. Additionally, she holds two senior professional human resources certifications and is a current certified compensation professional.
