About the Person

Nancy Smith is the Vice President for Human Resources at Lazydays.   With extensive experience in human resources and administration, Smith will be responsible for all of the activities associated with Lazydays` human resources department.   Prior to joining Lazydays, Smith served as director of human resources for the Lakeland Area Mass Transit District. Prior to that role, she served as vice president of administration and director of human resources for the Employers Insurance Co. in Reno, Nevada. In addition, Smith worked for Intuit Corp., also in Reno, as a certified process excellence black belt.   She earned a bachelor`s in human resources management from Kennedy-Western University and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. She is also an avid camper.
