About the Person
ncy Lupinski is the Global Head of People Development for Invesco, as asset management company globally headquartered in Atlanta with on the ground presence in 20 countries. In this role, she has broad strategic responsibility for talent management, leadership development, and learning. She also has extensive experience in talent acquisition, high potential development, succession planning, performance management, and engagement. She works with leaders to build individual and team capabilities to maximize effectiveness and potential, in order to achieve business objectives. She brings 25 years of experience in the consulting, academic and corporate world having worked for leading institutions such as Ernst & Young, Emory’s Goizueta Business School, and Siemens. Nancy holds BA degrees in Psychology and Communications from Purdue University and earned her Masters in Human Resource Management from Purdue’s Krannert School of Management.
