Nancy Harrington Jones is a Managing Director and the Chief Culture and Conduct Officer for the Americas. Previously, she was Head of Human Resources for SG Americas. She also serves as a member of the U.S. Executive Committee. Ms. Harrington Jones was the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Americas beginning in 2007, and prior to that was the Global Director of Human Resources for Information Technology based in Paris. She spent several years in the Information Technology Division in various management positions, in addition to working for the CFO and managing the Internal Technology Audit Team. She holds a degree from Manhattan College with a major in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Accounting.
