About the Person
Nadine Johnson-Smith is the Director of Human Resources at the Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village. She had previously served in human resources posts with the Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek, the St. Regis Fort Lauderdale, the Sheraton Bal Harbour and the W South Beach. Nadine earned bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from Florida International University in 2003 and master's degree in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from Nova Southeastern University in 2009.
