YO1 (or Yauvan) in Sanskrit means Youth. It is the golden period in every human being`s life between teenage and adulthood. It highlights the yogic behavior of every individual in all walks of life. YO1 represents the manifestation of Yoga to fulfill the human quest of attaining eternal youth, through a complete rejuvenation of mind, body and soul. YO1 is about You+1, the literal Sanskrit meaning of Yoga being the `divine union`.
