About the Person
Momchil Kyurkchiev is an expert in mobile marketing automation and the CEO and co-founder of Leanplum, a rapidly growing startup company with offices in Silicon Valley and Europe. Momchil started his career at Google where he spent 5 years as a software engineer. At Google, he launched multiple quality improvements to YouTube`s ranking algorithms, which resulted in millions of dollars in additional revenue. He also built some of the core A/B testing infrastructure for featured video ads. After leaving Google, Momchil co-founded Leanplum, a startup that enables product managers and marketers to unlock the full potential of their mobile apps via A/B testing, analytics, and marketing automation. As the CEO of Leanplum, Momchil raised $5.6M in angel and VC funding and won VentureBeat`s GrowthBeat Innovation Showdown, which showcased the most promising startups in the marketing tech space. Momchil has been a speaker at Google I/O, LeadsCon, and Mobile Shopping Summit, and has been interviewed by Wall Street Journal, Wired, and Entrepreneur. In his spare time, Momchil enjoys reading about cars, snowboarding, and spending time with family. Momchil has a M.S. in Software Engineering & Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
