About the Person

Mitchell A. Kosh has been Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Ralph Lauren Corp., since March 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Legal since July 2000 until February 2014. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Mr. Kosh was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Conseco, an insurance and financial services company. From 1996 to 2000, he was with the Venator Group, where he held positions including Senior Vice President of Human Resources for both Footlocker Worldwide and F.W. Woolworth Co., and Vice President of Organizational and Leadership Development. From 1988 to 1996, Mr. Kosh was with Federated Department stores, where he held various divisional human resources positions including Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Kosh is a member of the Human Resources Policy Association. He is currently a Trustee and President of the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry Psychoanalysis and Psychology. Mr. Kosh holds a PhD in counseling psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
