Missy Houk is responsible for developing and aligning Human Resources strategy with organizational strategy, research, implementation, communication and overall management of benefits and compensation programs. Define and execute the Human Resources information systems strategy in support of business objectives and provide implementation support in order to meet business objectives. Lead operations initiatives ensuring compliance with company, federal, state and local guidelines and regulations. Designed and implemented an Human Resources call center with 80% resolution rate on initial contact. Implemented Oracle Human Resources management system including manager and employee self-service. Implemented in house technologies including an applicant tracking tool, online benefits enrollment, time-tracking, and salary administration system. Managed employee stock purchase plan, stock options and restricted stock plans. Managed benefits, compensation, Human Resources Information System, payroll, Human Resources policies, recruiting, leadership development, leave of absence, worker’s compensation and unemployment. Designed organization wide human capital reports. Managed multi-state employee relations.
