About the Person
Mina Biggs is the Vice President of Human Resources at Hanson Professional Services Inc. She will oversee the human resources department and will be responsible for the strategic direction of the firm`s talent management strategies. Biggs brings 18 years of human resources experience to Hanson. She was a human resources staff manager at Allstate Corp. in Northbrook, Ill., and a director of human resources at financial services firm UBS Global Asset Management in Chicago. She earned a bachelor`s degree in management with an emphasis in human resources from Northern Illinois University (NIU) and an executive master of business administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 2013, she received the NIU`s College of Business Alumni of the Year Award from the Department of Management.
