He is based in Plymouth. Slater has more than 15 years of leadership experience in all facets of HR that he`s earned at several Fortune 500 companies, including Meritor and DTE Energy. Most recently, he served as vice president of human resources, Americas for Plastic Omnium`s INERGY Automotive Systems division, a leading global designer and manufacturer of automotive fuel systems in New Boston. A resident of Troy, Slater earned a bachelor`s in Interpersonal communication from Eastern Michigan University and a master`s in human resources management from the University of Phoenix.
