As Chief Human Resources Officer, Mike Jackson is responsible for assembling, training and supporting our professionals. His ability to identify, recruit and develop top talent is what keeps Gray, Gray & Gray among the most respected accounting and advisory firms in New England.   Throughout his career, Mike has achieved success in increasing staff satisfaction, retention and diversity, while lowering turnover. This is especially important in the accounting profession, where continuity from year to year is essential to ensuring reliable financial reporting and tax planning, and the business guidance that helps us to go “beyond the numbers” for our clients.   Mike joined Gray, Gray & Gray in 2015, bringing over 20 years of human resources experience to the firm. Prior to joining Gray, Gray & Gray, he served in senior human resource management positions for the Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership, The MENTOR Network, Hyatt Corporation, and Fine Hotels Corp. Mike is a cum laude graduate of the University of Hartford.
