About the Person

Most recently, Mike served as the president and CEO of OpenPages, which under his leadership, emerged from a significant restructuring to become the premier Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) software for the enterprise. For three years, OpenPages` was the fastest growing private software company in the United States and its record growth and global market penetration resulted in its acquisition by IBM in 2010.  Prior to OpenPages, Mike held the position of general manager of Intel`s wide area network (WAN) business. He originally joined Intel in 1998 as a result of the company`s acquisition of Shiva Corporation, a computer networking and equipment company, in which Mike served as the senior vice president of worldwide sales, marketing, and services.
